5 steps to UPLOAD A job

(Before uploading, please create an account here: Sign Up.)

1. EXPORT JOB

In Lightroom, select the images you wish to send. Then click File, Export As Catalog and select the options on right.) (Watch video demo) If you shoot Jpg or don't use Lightroom, skip to step 2.

2. MAKE ZIP FILE

Compress the catalog (.lrcat) and Smart Previews folder into a zip file with your studio name in the title. If you only have JPG images, compress them to a zip file. 

3. SEND ORDER

Upload your job file via any preferred service (Watch video demo here). We recommend these upload sites: Dropbox, Filemail and MyAirBridge (They are very fast and allow up to 20GB for free!). Then, send a link to support@prophotoediting.com.

4. ORDER RECEIPT & payment

We will review your order details immediately and send you a total price with Paypal link before starting to edit. Once payment is received, your order will begin. 

5. COMPLETED ORDER

When the order is complete, we will notify you via email and will send you a link to your updated Lightroom catalog. Use the new catalog to update your current catalog and your images will update with new adjustments and ratings.

Optional: Mail files on USB or hard drive

Instead of compressing files and uploading them to a site, you can snail mail a USB drive to us with your files on it. Just copy your files and send it out. This will save you lots of time uploading! You will receive your drive back the same way.  Contact us for details.
